The Qualcomm AI Program for Innovators (QAIPI) 2025 – APAC is open to any individual professional developers from Japan, Singapore, and South Korea and startup companies incorporated and registered in Japan, Singapore, and South Korea,  with an account at Qualcomm AI Hub.

The program is implemented in two phases to support professional developers and startups in creating and commercializing on-device end-to-end AI solutions.

First Phase (Application): 
Open to both individual professional developers and startups based in the APAC region, this phase leverages the Qualcomm AI-Hub and its ecosystem, including model makers, cloud providers, runtime, and SDK partners, to help participants develop cutting-edge AI solutions.

Second Phase (Mentorship): 

For startups incorporated and registered in Japan, Singapore and South Korea, this phase offers shortlisted participants with 1:1 mentorship to assist in building and refining end-to-end use cases on suitable Qualcomm platforms, accelerating the path to commercialization.
